Flo-Pro Aluminized 4" Turbo Back Exhaust w/o Muffler 17 GM 6.6L Duramax L5P

When it comes time to upgrade the performance of your L5P Duramax, FLO~PRO has got you covered. This exhaust system will bolt up to your factory 4-bolt turbo direct pipe and replace your factory exhaust with free flowing 4" mandrel bent pipe, featuring a straight pipe design (includes muffler eliminator pipe). Not only will you gain power, you'll also gain reliability, MPG's, and even reduce EGT's (Exhaust Gas Temperature).

Flo-Pro Diesel Exhaust Kits are made from 16ga CNC mandrel bent steel. Offered in both Aluminized and T409 stainless steel, they are one of the most diverse products on the market today. Flo-Pro offers direct fit exhaust kits for your Cummins, Duramax or Powerstroke, all coming with pre-bent and pre-welded hangers, you will never have to guess where a pipe goes. Everything fits right into place, making installation simple and easy! Flo-Pro makes their exhaust systems stronger where they need to be strongest by installing machined turbo flanges. Most of their systems come with a machined flange that matches perfectly to your stock or aftermarket turbo!

Every kit comes with lap-joint style clamps that keep the pipe round. The clamps have 2 independent bolts that need to be torqued to about 50 ft pounds for an everlasting hold. Since the exhaust is not being damaged by other clamps, you are able to make modifications down the road easily avoiding replacement of the entire system. Flo-Pro machines all of their exhaust hangers to contour to the shape of the pipe. This allows them to apply a longer bead of weld to the hanger to greatly reduce hanger failure. They have welds of 4-6" on most applications which avoid unnecessary stress and added time to installing your kit!
