Online orders will be shipped based on customer choice at checkout. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Weather is the number one cause for a shipping delay once it has left our facility. Other issues that can cause a delay are differences in billing and shipping address, or addresses that are entered incorrectly.
It is up to the customer to pay shipping back if a product is returned. There may also be a restocking fee added to the order. Please contact us if you need to ship a product back first!
